Monday evenings, February 10 – March 10, 4-7 pm.
Saturdays, February 8 – March 29, 10am – 2pm.
 

Be prepared for your appointment with a completed Intake and signed Consent Form. Review the Document Screening & Checklist 2024 on how to prepare for your appointment.

2.Tax Client Consent Form 14446
