Korean Cooking – K REGISTRATION CLOSED

The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of Korean history and culture, will be doing a Korean Cooking Demonstration. Find out about the amazing health benefits of Korean food while you enjoy a full meal on a traditional Korean table setting with Bangjja, bronze tableware, including dessert.
The demo dishes are Kimchi Salad, Rice with Mixed Vegetables (Bibimbap), Soy Sauce and Honey Marinated Beef (Bulgogi), and Braised Soybean Curd (Dubu Jorim). After the demonstration, the full Korean traditional meal will be served. Participants will receive a recipe book to take home and books on Korean history and culture will be available for free. This program is for adults only. Registration required. Please submit a new form for each attendee. Space is limited.
