Life is Like a Game of Cards
Listen to the neat song "Life is Like a Game of Cards" written at our 2nd annual songwriting workshop held on June 24th. It's very timely and sends an important message. Those who attended collaborated on the lyrics and chose the music to accompany them. It was a great time. Hope to see you there next year! -

HOW TO EARN A PERFECT SCORE ON THE SAT WRITING SECTION (exclusive of the essay)
Learn the strategies that you need to correctly answer the multiple choice questions in the SAT Writing section. Learn the most common types of grammatical errors found in sentence improvement and identifying sentence error questions. Also learn strategies for correctly answering paragraph improvement questions. Although this seminar will not address the essay portion (come Thursday night for that), this seminar will help improve essay organization and writing. You will receive an analysis of your performance so that you will know what you need to work on for the actual test. The internet and social networking provide great opportunities-for positive results as well as negative. This program will raise students' and parents' awareness of what cyberbullying is and why it is so harmful.
