Garden State Equality
Established in 2004, Garden State Equality (GSE) is the largest LGBT advocacy organization in New Jersey and one of the most successful statewide civil rights organization for the LGBT community in the nation. Our services include advocacy, policy work, and trainings.

PFLAG: Princeton NJ Area Chapter
Made up of parents, families, friends, and allies uniting with LGBT people, PFLAG is committed to advancing equality through its mission of support, education and advocacy. PFLAG has more than 350 chapters across the nation.

Pride Center of New Jersey
A fast-growing community center located in Highland Park, The Pride Center provides a “safe space” for the LGBTIQ community: a place to learn about our community from a vast array of resources, a place to socialize and meet new friends, and a place to gain acceptance and understanding of your gender and sexual identity in a comfortable setting.

Trans Lifeline

This line is primarily for transgender people experiencing a crisis including people who may be struggling with their gender identity and are not sure that they are transgender. This hotline is staffed by the true experts on transgender experience, transgender people themselves. Volunteers are all trans identified and educated in the range of difficulties transgender people experience and are dedicated to improving the lives of transgender people.
