Piscataway Public Library Foundation

The Piscataway Public Library Foundation, Inc is a 501(c)3 public charity created to raise funds to support the programming, capital and operational needs of the Piscataway Public Library.  All donations can be can be deducted from taxes under IRC Section 170.  The Foundation is also eligible to receive tax deductible bequests.

Our Library Mission:

Piscataway Public Library is committed to engaging minds, building connections, and creating opportunities for individual and community-wide growth.

Our library currently provides a wide range of services to the community, including:

  • English as a Second Language Classes
  • Citizenship Classes
  • Volunteer Opportunities for Teens
  • The First Makerspace in a New Jersey Public Library
  • Early Literacy Programs for Children
  • Summer Reading Programs for All Ages

Library Foundation Fundraiser at Chipotle -- Sept. 25th

The Piscataway Public Library Foundation is holding a fundraiser on Monday, September 25th between 4pm and 8pm at Chipotle in South Plainfield (located at 6850 Hadley Road). To support the cause, all you need to do is bring this flyer, show it on your smartphone, or simply tell the cashier that you are supporting the Piscataway Public Library Foundation on the above date and time -- and Chipotle will donate 50% of the proceeds of your purchase to the Foundation. 

It's that easy! Your dinner can help support the important needs of your local library; everything from programming to capital improvements.

Have an Account with Investors Bank?

The Piscataway Public Library Foundation, Inc. is a Care2Share Affinity Program member with Investors Bank.  If you have an account with Investors Bank you can designate the library foundation as your Care2Share non-profit organization.  The bank will provide funds to the Piscataway Public Library Foundation at no cost to you!  Stop by your local branch to inquire about the Care2Share program or download an account enrollment form at www.myinvestorsbank.com/care2share and bring in the form today!

The foundation will receive .25% on the average monthly balance on all checking accounts and .15% on the average monthly balance of all savings accounts enrolled in the program.
