Yoga for Stress

A blend of breath awareness (to ground the body); standing and sitting poses (to move the body’s energy) and a short guided meditation (to tie it all in). Clinically proven practices to balance the nervous system and counter anxiety.

Kathy Kelly is certified in Chair, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga in addition to Mindful Yoga Therapy. She is also a Register Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
