New Jersey Makers Day at Piscataway Public Library

The Piscataway Public Library will be hosting our 4th annual New Jersey Makers Day on Saturday, March 10th.

Makers Day celebrates all kinds of creating – making, tinkering, and doing-it- yourself. Festivities will kick off at 10:30 and run for the rest of the day, so please feel free to stop by any time.

This event provides hands-on learning experiences for children, teens, and adults focused on the STEM fields, DiY culture, and the burgeoning maker movement. With performers, community volunteers, and library-driven programming, we think there’s something for everyone at our upcoming Makers Day.

The Piscataway Public Library is the home of the maker movement in New Jersey libraries. As the site of the state’s first library MakerSpace and the driving force behind the statewide New Jersey Makers Day, the Piscataway Public Library is uniquely positioned to shape the next generation of inventors and innovators not only in Piscataway, but throughout the state. It’s an exciting time to be at the Piscataway Public Library!
