Gentle Yoga with Yoga Nidra

Gentle Yoga consists of stretching poses, breath awareness and slow movement – everything takes place on the floor. Yoga Nidra is guided relaxation by using a systematic method of inducing complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation.

Promotes calmness and soothes the nervous system with slow focused movements and emphasis on breath awareness. Yoga Nidra is a guided systematic method of inducing complete relaxation. All movement takes place on the floor, so dress warm, but wear clothes that allow you to move.
