Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga consists of stretching poses, breath awareness and slow movement. It encourages flexibility, improves strength, endurance and balance. Open to adults 18+. 

Please bring your own mat! (or beach towel)

Kathy Kelly is certified in Chair, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga in addition to Mindful Yoga Therapy. She is also a Register Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
